Shipping Policy

All products are made-to-order and require production time before shipment. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping does not include a delivery guarantee. If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of shipment (40 business days during peak season in November and December), please contact us for a reshipment.

Express Shipping

For more reliable delivery, we recommend selecting express shipping at checkout.

Lost Orders

If your order appears lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. To qualify for a replacement, the following must apply:

  • Shipping address provided was correct and complete
  • Recipient has checked with their local post office or carrier
  • Order is not marked as "delivered" by the carrier
  • No recent tracking updates

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors, your building, or contact the carrier directly. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements in this case.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility. We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
