Return & Refund Policy

All products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partners. We do not hold physical inventory and cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

Quality Guarantee

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number if your item is misprinted, defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will send a complimentary replacement or issue a refund if a replacement is not feasible.

Sizing

We provide accurate sizing charts on all product pages. Refunds are not issued for sizing disputes — exchanges only. We cover the product fee for size exchanges, but reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Color Consistency

Minor color variations are a natural part of the printing process and are not covered under our quality guarantee.

Delivery & Lost Orders

  • Standard shipping does not include a delivery guarantee.
  • If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of shipment (40 during Nov–Dec peak season), contact us for a reshipment.
  • Lost order claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, with a confirmed correct address, no "delivered" status, and no recent tracking updates.
  • If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors, your local post office, or the carrier. We cannot issue refunds or replacements in this case.

Returned Packages

Reshipments are only processed if the original package is physically returned to and received at our facility. We are not responsible for packages lost during return transit.

Customers are responsible for reshipping costs if a package is returned due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or refused delivery.

Address Errors & Customs

Refunds are not issued for returns caused by incorrect addresses or recipient rejection. For undeliverable addresses (e.g., PO boxes) or customs seizures, contact us with supporting documentation for case-by-case review. Custom duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

Once an order is placed and payment is made, cancellations and modifications may incur a processing fee of 25%–50% depending on production progress. Orders in the USA cannot be cancelled or refunded after payment. Please review all order details carefully before checkout.

Design & Intellectual Property

We are not responsible for delays caused by faulty design uploads. Sellers are responsible for ensuring all designs are free of copyright or trademark infringement.
